    I fully agreed with Unsatisfied customer. This is the worst facial I had in my life. I couldn't wait for the facial to be over! Also, why do I need to pay RM10.00 for the face sponge?

    I called them in Aug 2012 for October's appointment. Then, I called again in Sept just to reconfirm my booking but my reservation was not recorded earlier. They told me Oct's appointment already full. So, on the same time, I make a new reservation for 3rd Nov. When I called them again a week before the appointment, the staff told me that my name was not in the list and booking already full. So, I have to make one more appointment which scheduled on 25/11. I tried to call them since yesterday to reconfirm the date but nobody pick-up the phone. I hope this time my appointment will come true....

    I have the same experience when I wanted to make an appointment. Nobody pick up the phone. Wonder what's really happening here!!

    I am fully agreed with all the unsatisfied customer. This spa provide a suck service to the customer especially who already bought the discount voucher online.

    i was call on december was fully book.Most of the time try to call them phone on voice mail or goes thought fax lines... what kind of services???

    i bought a voucher from MyDeal for the deal. and want to make an appointment. but why give a fax number??? and hp number also like thousand times i called but didnt pick up!! is this the way u doing business!!

    I have the same experience when I wanted to make an appointment from last year and now. Nobody pick up the phone. Wonder what's really happening here!! We pay cash by online please don't make custommer angry or not satified with this setvice.I appreciate if u arrange for another appointment or call back 0122432763. tq

    i hav make appt aleady but in the end they said i hav no make any appointment. so they force me to pay rm50 for scrub, but in my treatment is included body scrub.i buy from mydeal.com.my and my treatment is 2 hour and 15 minutes but because of i no pay for extra rm50 then they said treatment only 1 hour. no facial point treatment and foot treatment. after that they force me to pay rm 10 for facial span.in the end they say ' you no make appoitment , so i tak akan buat treatment secukup masa'. this is they service for customer

    worst spa ever cos 1) manager scolding staff non stop during our session 2) charged for the face sponge which was not advised earlier felt like a ripoff 3) did not fulfill 2 hours shorten by half an hour
    WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COS SERVICE IS OUT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT AL......A NIGHTMARE!!!!!

    - fixed line is a fax machine & HP didn't pick-up.
    - need to pay RM10 for the face sponge?....what can the
    customer do without the sponge?
    - Boss scolding staff in front of customer
    - Boss so rude, open the curtain while customer is changing
    & don't even say sorry.
    - Boss 'show face' when customer decided not to purchase an
    oil for massage which cost RM50, while the package is
    only RM34.90
    - Voucher offers a 135 min treatment, but in actual fact
    its only 75 min. According to the staff, its an actual
    time instructed by the Boss & not as per voucher.
    - This is the WORST treatment I ever had in my life!!!
